PETITION TO AMEND ADEM ADMIN. CODE R. 335-6-6-.12

This Petition seeks to have the Environmental Management Commission amend the provision of ADEM Admin. Code r. 335-6-6-.12 titled “Immediate Notification.” Presently, this regulation provides no minimum notification standard nor does it prescribe the content for such a report to the public.
