In Memory of Marvin Leon Holcomb of Scottsboro, Alabama, who loved the Tennessee River.

Marvin Holcomb grew up on the Tennessee River in the Scottsboro area and was a commercial fisherman. In the 1970s, he towed my parents in when their boat engine failed in the middle of the river. Marvin, was sort of introverted but always helped people out around Lake Guntersville. My family liked him a lot and will miss his presence on the water.
